Blue Sky Dwelling Group is operated by seasoned agent Jeff Moore, his vision for the team is technology driven, education driven, and were egos are left at the door. Jeff runs a very smooth performance when it comes to getting new agents joining the team, his on boarding is way more organized than other real estate teams out in that location. Jeff has invested so in so many resource and tools for agents that you feel similar a kid in a candy store!! The team culture is the best hands down! All the agents on the team are collaborative and aid each other out, like mentioned there's no room for egos or entitled attitudes, just cool people working on their real estate careers. Some other nice pros, the squad gives you leads and so y'all can work with and get more closings, the squad events are neat and a lot of fun!!! The educational part and back up are extensive! Overall this is a great place to come work at as an agent as you get accountability and systems that piece of work! Highly recommended !
Cons
Not many cons, just now that real estate is not easy and you will have many ups and downs, especially if you're new to the industry. Also information technology is commission based, so y'all only make money if you close on properties. Since this is a squad and they provide you with so many tools, leads, education and resources, await for your commission divide to be more ambitious, just that will happen at whatsoever team regardless.

Systems and structures were good. I received expert leads and had expert mentorship. Tiptop notch customer service and loftier tech services.

Inexperienced CEO who has the reputation of not treating his employees or agents with respect, non paying them correctly or at all, and questionable concern practices within the Real Manor industry. He sets standards high but doesn't follow the ones he sets for his squad.

Not much. They act similar information technology's going to exist the best job ever, nope... cypher at that place

Non a lot of help. Making cold calls all mean solar day. Feeling like I'1000 useless while upper management e'er acts like they are amend then you.

This person wasn't with the organization they are reviewing. They were with the lead generation company that. Having shared that infinite with that company they do run into a lot of inside sales agents come up in and not succeed right away and so are terminated. This was probably the case hither. We all believe in growth and helping skillful people progress in the organization. However, that is dependent upon their success and accountability. Thats a tough role and having seen them in action it'south like shooting fish in a barrel to come across why this person probably didn't work out. Best of luck
